Orders and consultation: You can order directly on Internet under www.speedy.ch. Moreover, you can send your order by Tel./Telefax +41 (0) 61 301 50 40. The present contract conditions are valid for orders on Internet, phone and Telefax. Terms of payment: You pay orders from Switzerland our products please by payment in advance or on invoice. On payment in advance we send to you the ordered products immediately after entrance of your payment. Up to the entire payment the delivered products remain our property. Orders from abroad this are possible only by payment in advance or Paypal. Please, transfer the invoice amount to our bank. After entrance of your payment we immediately send to you the ordered products. Up to the entire payment the delivered products remain our property. Prices: The prices of our products get on inklussiv taxes, nevertheless, without forwarding agency expenses. Dispatch: Postage and packaging is settled to the consignee on selbskostenbasis. Delivery: We take care all ordered articles to deliver immediately. On inquiry we inform you about the delivery times by the forwarding agency. Damages in transit: All articles are checked before the dispatch carefully and are packed. Should our products arrive, nevertheless damages with you, inform please immediately the forwarding agency. The forwarding agency sticks for the transport damage of the product. Complaints: Changes of the products serve her improvement. It is possible that the delivered products deviate from the catalogue pictures easily. Complaints are only 8 days from receive to the product validly. Goods return: Delivered product is taken back only after previous consultation with us and unused one.
