The model of the beginners with 2 belts.
Sprinter A gets pulled and is able to run faster. Trainer B pulls Sprinter A with the Speedy click pulley, which enables A to run with the doubled speed of B. When A overruns B, both get automatically disconnected from the system.
Saving acceleration energy Sprinter A is able to:
- Improve or strengthen his technique: He is able to repeat more runs than usually.
- Break through his sprinting limmits: Brain and muscles can improve their dynamic patterns. This will be achieved through training impulses with Speedy.
-To internalise these new time patterns: it is very important that sprinter A keeps on running after his disconnection from the system, trying not to loose the gained speed.
- Save inflamed Achilles' tendons or periostitis. In this case the Speedy-pulling system can be used as a start relief.
